What sizes do your fragrances come in?

Our fragrances are available in 10ml, 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml.

How do I know which scent is right for me?

We offer Discovery Sets so you can try multiple scents before committing to a full bottle. You can also browse our fragrances by Scent to find your perfect match. Visit whoiselijah.com.au/collections/shop-by-scent-notes to explore.

What is The Vault?

The Vault is our archive collection featuring select fragrances and sets that are available for a limited time. Once they're gone, they're gone. Shop The Vault at whoiselijah.com.au/collections/the-vault.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can purchase with or without an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage your details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@whoiselijah.com.au if you need to amend anything, and we will do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ShopPay (via Shopify), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay. We do not store any credit card details - all payment information is handled securely through Shopify.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days after dispatch. These are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel. Delivery is managed by Australia Post once it leaves our hands.

What is shipping protection?

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout for a flat rate of $4.95 AUD. This covers orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and provides support for tracking delayed or missing parcels.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

Please first check your tracking information via Australia Post. If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@whoiselijah.com.au and we will do our best to assist. Note: WHO IS ELIJAH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, or for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Can I return my order?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at info@whoiselijah.com.au with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will work quickly to make it right.

How do I apply to become a stockist?
