Choosing fragrance online isn't always easy.

If your WHO IS ELIJAH fragrance isn't the right fit, eligible 50ml and 100ml purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED ITEMS:

• Products returned for a refund must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition.
• Products returned for an exchange or store credit may be lightly tested, opened or unwrapped.
• Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery.
• All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If you made a purchase through a partnered retailer or location, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and cannot be directly returned to WHO IS ELIJAH.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless deemed faulty:

• 10ml fragrances
• 30ml fragrances
• Fragrance Sets or Bundles
• Body Mists
• Final Sale items (The Vault)

FAULTY ITEMS:

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact our customer care team with:

• Full Name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video of the fault.

Once our Customer Care team has reviewed the fault, they will be in touch with the best next step. We have the right to choose at our discretion to provide a refund, repair or provide a replacement product.
