Summary (Internal Use):
High order volume from Afterpay Day Sale causing fulfillment delays. Some orders are made-to-order. Orders may be partially shipped.

Customer-Facing Response:
We’re currently experiencing some delays in dispatch due to the high volume of orders from our Afterpay Day Sale.

During this period, some items were made to order, which is why a 7–10 business day dispatch timeframe was communicated at checkout.

You may notice that your order has been split into multiple shipments. This means we’ve sent available items as soon as possible, while the remaining items are being prepared and will be sent shortly.

We’re working through all orders as quickly as possible and expect all outstanding orders to be dispatched by Thursday, 9 April 2026.
