WHAT AFFECTS HOW FRAGRANCE LOOKS?

You may notice slight variations in the colour of your fragrance from one batch to another or between different bottle sizes. This is completely normal and due to a few factors:

  • Natural ingredients: We use high-quality natural oils, which can vary slightly in colour depending on the harvest or season.
  • Batch production: Our fragrances are made in small batches, and minor colour differences can occur without affecting the scent.
  • Bottle size: Larger bottles may appear darker due to the volume of liquid and the way light passes through it.

Rest assured, these subtle colour differences have absolutely no impact on the scent, quality, or performance of your fragrance. Each bottle goes through strict quality control to ensure that what you receive is true to our original formulation.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

While we endeavour to process all orders within 48hrs of placement, please note shipping times will be longer during peak sale periods. Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding! 

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.
